1. Stand at Harbour Vista Deck before sunrise. Public ground only.
2. Count two moving things — a vessel, a bus, a bird, a person walking a dog.
3. Leave when the light is ordinary again.

Why this is on the board

St. John's is a different city before the rush. Harbour Vista Deck (east of centre, St. John's) gives you first light and two things that moved while everyone else was still indoors.
