The quest

First light at Gibbet Hill. The quest is to be there before the commute, then leave when the light is ordinary again.

Steps

1. Stand at Gibbet Hill before sunrise. Public ground only.
2. Count two moving things — a vessel, a bus, a bird, a person walking a dog.
3. Leave when the light is ordinary again.

Why this is on the board

St. John's is a different city before the rush. Gibbet Hill (east of centre, St. John's) gives you first light and two things that moved while everyone else was still indoors.
