Steps

1. Arrive at Fort Waldegrave twenty minutes before sunset. Stay on public ground — not a bike lane, not a road deck.
2. Watch until the disk is gone. Name three lights that stay on.
3. Leave the way you came. Do not climb railings or cut through private docks.

Why this is on the board

Fort Waldegrave is one of the spots on Outer Battery Road, east of centre, St. John's where St. John's actually faces the sky. You get the last colour of the day and a few minutes of standing still a patio will not sell you.
