The quest

Quebec City is quieter than the postcards. Be at Tour d'observation (east of centre, Quebec City) before the first rush and leave with two things that moved.

Steps

1. Stand at Tour d'observation before sunrise. Public ground only.
2. Count two moving things — a vessel, a bus, a bird, a person walking a dog.
3. Leave when the light is ordinary again.
