The quest

Halifax is quieter than the postcards. Be at Eagle Rock (north-west of centre, Halifax) before the first rush and leave with two things that moved.

Steps

1. Stand at Eagle Rock before sunrise. Public ground only.
2. Count two moving things — a vessel, a bus, a bird, a person walking a dog.
3. Leave when the light is ordinary again.
